Adult Christian Education

St. Andrew's Adult Education program provides a wide variety of learning and formation experiences for adults in our parish.

Our Adult Sunday School offerings are stimulating and diverse: topics range from the history and practice of the Episcopal Church to a study of themes in the Gospels, to DVDs on the complexity of applying our beliefs to everyday life and relationships. There are usually two different classes each Sunday, giving participants a choice of themes and ideas to explore. Most classes cover 4-5 weeks each.

Adult Christian Education also includes a Men's Book Study group, which is led by Assistant Rector Bob Hamilton. This group explores the themes and meaning found in titles they and the Asst. Rector have chosen. The Men's Study Group meets once each week for 3 to 4 cycles each year, and is a popular outlet for men in the parish.

Other Adult Christian Education activities include weekday Bible Study classes, Education for Ministry, and other seasonal classes and events.
